Duke of Edinburgh Awards
The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School
Leading youth charity The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) gives all young people the chance to develop skills for work and life, fulfil their potential and have a brighter future. It is well recognised and respected by both universities and employers. The school has been offering the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award scheme since 2009. The scheme is being co-ordinated by Alison Richards. For the academic year 2017-18 we will be offering all three levels of the Duke of Edinburgh Awards - Bronze, Silver and Gold - in school.
